I recently spent 7 days on an Organic Farm in the Atlantic Rain Forest in Brazil. The farm, Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza is such a place. Throughout our lives, we experience a myriad of circumstances and emotions. Some of us live through a whole range of feelings and emotions, while others may prefer to stay safely in the middle. There is no right or wrong way - simply the desire of knowing who we are.

What we are currently experiencing as individuals and as a nation requires now more than ever that we look at ourselves and our place in this world with honesty and vigilance. What is it that each of us can do to help to create the sustainable change that is necessary?

For today, when everything else seems to continue to spin out of control take a moment, breathe, and think about one thing you can change or do that would have a positive impact.
